Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited - MB85RC16 Low-Cost 16-Kbit FRAM is Super Low Power - 3 December 2012


Uses a 1-MHz I2C interface and features standby current of just 0.1 µA.

Comes in a tiny 3 x 2-mm SON-8 package.

The memory is organized as 2,048 words x 8 bits and operating supply current is 70µA (typ at 1MHz). The chip works over -40° to 85°C from 2.7V to 3.6V and read/write endurance is 1012 times/byte.
